Here you will learn tools and resources for regulating the nervous system, coming back into balance, dealing with overwhelming situations as they arise, and connecting to your strengths, abilities, and feel-good sensations.

Getting to the Root:

Deep inner work focusing on the root causes of your symptoms, working with trauma and receiving corrective experiences, supporting the creation of new neuro-pathways in the brain.

Workshops

These workshops are an investigation into the self. They encompass embodiment, breath, meditation, movement, and expressive arts practices which help to open up perspectives, dis-identify with negative thought patterns and judgments, improve physical and mental health, and bring a sense of curiosity and playfulness.

Surrender to the Breath workshops are a community and space where we all hear each other, where we all see each other. And in witnessing each other, a healing begins, collectively.
