I’m Lottie. Welcome. This is a space for you, to be you.
I work with you to get out of the noise in your head and connect back into your body. To reduce your stress levels and anxiety and support your nervous system to come out of fight or flight and back to being you.
Through the breath, we will work through emotional regulation practices to build on your sense of safety, to be able to be with – and feel – what is present, without feeling overwhelmed. We concentrate on grounding and embodiment to come out of the head and back into the body.
As you progress, through the breath you will begin to re-wire your brain and let go of old beliefs and unhelpful patterns, introducing lasting change that creates new habits and ways of responding in your relationships, in work challenges, and the way you feel about yourself. Rediscover your confidence and self worth, and find your true potential.
I’m dedicated to supporting you back to connection and feeling fully alive again in your life.

My story …
I found the breath through my own personal loss, when my mum died from cancer in 2018. The breath was a powerful anchor, it helped me feel my emotions and navigate my way through. I quickly discovered it’s capacity to transform lives.
It gave me the courage to feel my terror and anger, to be witnessed in my feelings, to face the shame I felt around having these feelings in the first place. and to allow myself to be seen and supported by others. To slowly learn I wasn’t alone. And there was nothing wrong with me.
I took the training for my personal growth, not ever imagining I would be here today with you. But I kept taking the next step, because again and again, what everyone who I met in IBT was saying was true: This shit really works!
What this work isn’t… it isn’t a magical fix to make all your problems go away and live a stress free life. It doesn’t stop life from having ups and downs.
What it is… the breath is a tool. A powerful one, and combined with other therapeutic tools in IBT, it supports you in being able to face life’s challenges and ups and downs, to build your resilience, to feel the pain and be able to pick yourself back up again, to have that deep knowing that you’ve got this, and you are capable of navigating life.
I am not a guru and I do not have all the answers. I am a trained Integral breath Therapy practitioner and Trauma and Embodiment Expressive Arts practitioner, and I am human. This is not magic, it’s work, it’s tools. I am sharing and educating from what I have learned and experienced. I hold a deep respect for this work and its ability to bring lasting change.

I am a lead trainer for Integral Breath Therapy, an accredited certification program for therapists and professionals to become a practicing Integral Breath Therapy facilitator. You can find out more about our program here.
For members of the public you can work with me with 1-2-1 therapeutic Breath sessions, or come to any of the educational and interactive group workshops about the benefits of the breath and expressive arts. See upcoming events and courses here.
I provide sessions on dance and art exploration as an addition to resourcing and integrating. You could say, the body is my thing. I have drawn it, massaged it, stretched it, danced it, breathed it.
When I´m not here you can find me drinking tea, with my nose in a book, painting and creating, cooking, or out exploring in nature.
