The method
Through conscious breathwork and expressive art practices, you will calm your nervous system, release chronic tension and emotional blockages, reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, and sense of purpose, and gently process grief, stress, and trauma.
In Method
Through the breath, we will work through emotional regulation practices to build on your sense of safety, to be able to be with – and feel – what is present, without feeling overwhelmed. We concentrate on grounding and embodiment to come out of the head and back into the body.
Out Method
As you progress, through the breath you will begin to re-wire your brain and let go of limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns, introducing lasting change that creates new habits and ways of responding in your relationships, in work challenges, and the way you feel about yourself.
