I AM Yoga Nidra Meditation
Wednesdays 10.30 – 11.30 PM CET (online)
A deep replenishing meditation, which harnesses the biological processes of sleep to restore the four levels of being, body, mind, spirit and emotions. No previous experience necessary. Make sure you prepare a space where you can lie down with a blanket and anything you need to provide support to your body during your Yoga Nidra session.

This is a space to move, feel, explore, and sense with a beginner’s mind, followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra. For every BODY, all ages, all experiences/ abilities. Make sure you have a space in which to move, and somewhere where you can lie down with a blanket and anything you need to provide support to your body during your Yoga Nidra session.

Pre – requisit: An Introduction to the Breath Workshop.
Cultivating a conscious connected breath practice brings many health benefits. In these 1 hour sessions, we will practice the circular breath, accompanied by visualization or guided practice. These sessions are wonderful for reducing depression, anxiety, grounding, centering, and self-exploration.
