Work With Me One-to-One:

Integral Breath Therapy
These sessions are in-person and online. (Contraindications apply.)

Deep healing breathwork sessions, where I accompany and support you on your journey through griefwork. Any pain that has not been fully felt is still inside, and this needs to be felt for healing to take place.

You will uncover your limiting beliefs, and begin the process of releasing what is blocking you and getting in the way of you living your fullest life. This is your journey of reclaiming every part of you, of acknowledging and grieving your losses, of embracing your wholeness and living fully as the precious being that you are.

What can I expect

Your first session will be between 90- 105 minutes long. Further sessions are as follows:

In person 90 minutes

Online 75 minutes

In your first session, we will go over any questions or doubts you may have, and what you would like to gain from your experience.

Intentions are a powerful part of breathwork, the more clear you are about what you want, the clearer you will be about what you get.

There will be a breath analysis, after which you will be guided through a practice of Conscious Connected Breath. There will be time for you to practice, and then we will explore a short breathing session.

Preparing Your Space Before Your Breathwork Session.

Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session. Make sure you do not have any candles, incense, palo santo, or any other burning fragrances in the room before you breathe, as this can affect your breathing.

Wear comfortable clothing and remove any jewellery. Make sure you have some warm socks for your feet and a couple of extra pillows by your side which can be useful for props.

Although you can do breathwork sitting up, I recommend lying down for your session. Find a comfortable space either on the floor (you can place a yoga mat and several blankets) or on your bed. Make sure you have enough room around you in case you would like to move around, and that you are not going to bang into anything, especially around the head area.

When working online, it is important to position your screen perpendicular to your body, so that I can see your breathing patterns and body movements, a view of the pelvis up to the head is optimal.

I like to have a pillow under my head and you may also want one under your knees. Your body temperature is likely to change so it is good to have a couple of warm blankets nearby and a hot water bottle/ice pack. I also recommend having Kleenex tissues and a bottle of water to hand and a cup in case you feel like you have to spit, etc.

It is ideal to do Breathwork when your stomach is not too full. I suggest not eating anything at least 60 minutes before your session if possible, or, if you do, to just eat something very light.
