Hello!
I’m Lottie. I work with you through the breath, embodiment practices, and the creative process to get to the root cause of your symptoms, to feel and express your feelings fully, and release blocks, tensions, nd holding in the body.
´We can only heal what we are aware of.´
I came to breathwork and embodiment through my own grief experiences; I know what it feels like to be in the depths of grief and I also know the way through. I hold a great reverence and deepest respect for this work and the transformation that can take place. You were born to feel alive and create. Is it possible? Absolutely. It will light you up.
I provide 1:1 sessions and also run educative and interactive group workshops for healthcare professionals and the public about the benefits of the breath.
In 2020 I was invited to become an active member and collaborator of Poiesis: Trauma-informed Expressive Arts Therapy, a small team of professionals implementing educative and health programs for the public on resourcing and emotional regulation through embodiment and expressive arts practices. I now coordinate and facilitate on their online program: Poiesis EXAT Online.
Since 2021 we have been working closely in partnership with NGO SOI (Street Heros of India) to deliver Educative trauma resources to professionals in the healthcare field in India for emotional stabalization, specifically in situations of crisis, pandemic, loss, and trauma. We work with embodiment practices and expressive arts therapy as tools to stabalize, process, express and intergrate.
I am an advocate for grief work and founder of How´s Your Mourning? a free online support group available to anyone going through bereavement.
I provide sessions on meditation, dance and art exploration as an addition to resourcing and integrating.
You could say, the body is my thing. I have drawn it, massaged it, stretched it, danced it, breathed it.
When I´m not here you can find me drinking tea, with my nose in a book, out exploring in nature, painting and creating, cooking, and feeling cozy in my apartment in Barcelona.

Testimonials
I didn’t really know what to expect going into breath therapy. So I was really amazed at how deep into our subconscious or unconscious mind we can travel just by breathing!!
We unlocked memories from my past that had held me back in certain beliefs, my inner self or higher self showed me the things I could let go of. It was a real revelation to know I have this wisdom inside me and so I’m learning to trust myself in a new way.
Lottie has been just wonderful throughout. She is such a calm presence. She really held a solid and nurturing space for me. If I began to to get lost, (literally in space!) she would gently guide me back. I felt very cared for and looked after. It’s been an amazing eye opening journey.

“I went to my first breathwork session a bit of a skeptic with no expectation. My first session was deeply spiritual and blissful, breathwork has had a profound impact on my life. Doing breathwork has allowed me to let go of some of my negative thinking patterns and see a bigger picture for myself. It’s difficult to describe what can happen in a breathing session, I think it’s best experienced for oneself. Since that first session I have completed several sessions with Lottie and I’m grateful for her presence and gentle guidance. Lottie’s wonderful sense of knowing and being grounded gave me a feeling of safety that allowed me to stay in my experiences.

“I After almost 15 years of my personal dedication to the healing arts, I believe Integral Breath Therapy has been the most beneficial and profound of all the modalities I have experienced. Lottie´s kind and warm personality made it easy to trust her with a therapy session and I´m so incredibly delighted that I did. I have had several sessions with Lottie since and I am amazed at her knowledge, skills and abilities in this art, she is a true healing facilitator. I would highly recommend it.“

I had never tried breathwork before my session with Lottie. I have to say I was completely blown away! She showed me techniques to use in my day to day life to relieve stress. And made me feel very calm and completely safe during our session which mean’t alot to me as many emotions came to the surface. I would really recommend working with Lottie xxx
